Michael Alexander & Big Whiskey

Michael Alexander & Big Whiskey is a blend of Country, Classic Rock and Outlaw Country. Michael has played all over the United States during the last 20+ years. He was also the lead singer and Rhythm Guitar player in the Rock band SAND for the last 20 years. Michael has shared the stage with some of the brightest stars in music as support for Gary Allan, Dwight Yoakam, Wynonna Judd, Mitchell Tenpenny, Justin Moore, Aaron Lewis, Rick Springfield, 38 Special, Joan Jett, Everclear, Lita Ford, Lorrie Morgan, Smash Mouth, George Thorogood, Bret Michaels, Slaughter, George Clinton and Korn… just to name a few.  Michael’s last Studio Album, “SANDMAN” , was a collaboration with Scott Wilson of the Rock Band “Saving Abel”. Wilson produced the record, played Bass and acoustic guitar & wrote one of the songs on the album. The record also featured: Kent Slucher (Luke Bryan), Steve Hinson, Neal Middleton (Royal Bliss) Jessi Lynn, Paul Schluter (Last Crack) and Phillip Vilenski (Wayland)

Michael is also a member of the “The Brotherhood” with Scott Wilson and Nashville Recording artist Rick Monroe. The first Brotherhood single, “Till the Wheels Fall”, was released in early 2022, and featured Marshall Dutton of Hinder and Neal Middleton of Royal Bliss.
