Welcome to the 2026 Brat Fest Exhibitor Applications! If you’re an exhibitor looking to promote your brand/products at one of Madison’s most beloved community events and you're NOT selling items at your booth you’re in the right place.

Before applying, please carefully review the information below and the Brat Fest Exhibitors Policies. Submission of an application signifies your agreement to all policies and guidelines.

Hours:
- Friday, May 22: 10:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, May 23: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday, May 24: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Exhibitors may not operate before or after Brat Fest operating hours. Exhibitors can determine their hours of operation within the festival timeframe, but Brat Fest suggests a minimum of 10 AM – 7 PM.

- January 16th, 2026: Applications Open
- April 1, 2026: Application Deadline (or until spaces are sold out)
- Willow Island Exhibitor Load-In
- Thursday, May 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- May 22–24, 2026: Brat Fest
- Friday, May 22: 10:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, May 23: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday, May 24: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Load Out:
- Sunday, May 24th: 8-9 PM (vehicles may not pull a vehicle up to the island, you must walk your items out)
- Monday, May 25th: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (vehicles may pull up during this window)
Booth Information & Fees
Willow Island Exhibitor: $2,500 per 10’x10’ space

- Signage in the Brat Fest VIP tent

Exhibitor Rules & Requirements
Please refer to the Brat Fest Exhibitor Policies here for a comprehensive overview of all rules and guidelines. All vendors must review and acknowledge this document prior to submitting an application.
Key policies include:
- Prohibited Items: The sale or distribution of tobacco, intoxicating beverages, or potentially dangerous or nuisance items is strictly prohibited.
- Commitment to participate: accepted applications are final, with no refunds or cancellations.
- Brat Fest Branding: The use of the Brat Fest logo or likeness on any exhibit products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved.
- No Subletting/Sharing: Booths cannot be shared, and exhibitors may not sublet their space. Only the accepted vendor and their work are permitted.
- Application Policy: Brat Fest reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
- Liability Insurance: All vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance, with Brat Fest listed as an additionally insured, upon acceptance into the event.
