2025 Brat Fest Vendor Application

Welcome to the 2025 Brat Fest Vendor Application! If you're a vendor looking to showcase your goods at one of Madison's most beloved events, you've come to the right place. Before applying, please carefully review the Brat Fest Vendor Policies attached to this webpage, as completing the application signifies your agreement to all policies and guidelines.

Marketplace Information

Dates: May 23-25, 2025

Location: Arena at the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI 53713

Hours:

  • Friday, May 23: 12:00 PM-7:00 PM
  • Saturday, May 24: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Sunday, May 25: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

Vendors must have their booth open and staffed during all Marketplace hours for all three days.

Set-Up Time: Thursday, May 22, 2025, between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Important Dates

  • January 22, 2025: Vendor Application Open
  • April 1, 2025: application deadline (or until spaces are sold out)
  • May 22, 2025: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Load-In
  • May 23-25, 2025: Brat Fest Marketplace

Booth Information & Fees

Booth Size:

  • Brat Fest Marketplace: 10x10
  • Carnival Walkway: 10x10
  • Able to purchase more than one 10x10

Fee Includes:

  • 10x10 booth space
  • (1) 8-foot table
  • (2) chairs
  • (2) VIP wristbands for complimentary food and soft drinks in the VIP tent for the duration of the festival

Fees:

  • Marketplace Booth: $400
  • Carnival Walkway Booth: $700
  • Electricity Add-On: $100
  • Additional Table add-Onn: $20 per 8-foot table

 

Vendor Rules

  • No Food/Beverage Sales: Vendors cannot sell food or beverage for consumption, unless approved.
  • Prohibited Items: The sale or distribution of tobacco, intoxicating beverages, or potentially dangerous or nuisance items is strictly prohibited.
  • Booth setup: Tents, canopies, or generators are NOT allowed inside the Marketplace. All vendors must stay within their rented booth space (no awnings, tie-down ropes, etc., beyond your booth boundaries).
  • Booth Cleanup: Sunday (Cannot pull up vehicles) between 7-9,  Monday between 9AM-12PM (vehicles allowed).
  • Commitment to participate: accepted applications are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Vendors must open on time and remain open for the entire duration of the Marketplace.
  • Brat Fest Branding: The use of the Brat Fest logo or likeness on any vendor products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved.
  • No Subletting/Sharing: Booths cannot be shared, and vendors may not sublet their space. Only the accepted vendor and their work are permitted.
  • Application Policy: Brat Fest reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
  • Seller's Permit: All vendors must have a valid Wisconsin Seller's Permit.
  • Liability Insurance: All vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance, with Brat Fest listed as an additionally insured, upon acceptance into the event.
